Skilled Worker技术移民

所有类别除了“入门级别和半熟练技工类别”以外，都可以选择走传统或者EE通道，如果是EE类别，前提需满足加拿大联邦 Express Entry 中 FSW，FST 或 CEC 任何一类的申请要求。BC省提名流程：先在BC申请系统建档，等待BC移民局邀请，分数需达到邀请分数，邀请后递交材料，等待审理3-4个月，拿到省提名后递交联邦审理。（硕博士项目除外，该项目无需等待邀请，符合要求后可直接申请）

技术工人类别

获得全职永久的工作offer，该工作必须属于NOC TEER 0，1，2，3类别；
至少有两年以上(NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3) 类职位的工作经验（无需相关）
2，3类职位的雅思至少4分以上。
