2022年11月16日，加拿大联邦移民局正式启用2021版NOC TEER职位代码。由原来的4位数，改为现在的5位数。一共分为NOC TEER0，1，2，3，4，5几个类别。第一位数代表该职业的TEER类别，第二位数代表带职位的职业类别。0,1,2,3对应2016版本的0，A，B类别；4,5对应此前的C，D类别。经过了一个月左右的等待，终于开始正式启用，我们看看对各移民项目的影响。

2、删除了三个职业：
- program leaders and instructors in recreation, sport and fitness; 娱乐、运动和健身方面的项目负责人和教练
- tailors, dressmakers, furriers and milliners；裁缝、裁缝、毛皮商和女帽商
BC省：EOI打分系统大调整、博士不分专业在读也可申请
- EOI打分标准进行了大的调整，以帮助地区雇主留住有在大温哥华地区以外工作或学习经验的人
- 任何专业的博士毕业生和博士在读学生均可以无需雇主申请博士生类别省提名
- 在BC省公立大学以有限期限合同工作的大学教授和讲师（NOC 41200）有资格递交技术工人类别省提名
安省：EOI打分系统大调整，持有工签加10分
调整重点在省提名EOI打分标准，例如持有工签加10分，区域加分大多地区除多伦多外有3分加分。
与BC省有异曲同工之妙，一是突出部分职业的优势，二是政策倾向于扶持偏远地区，增加偏远地区的加分。还有联邦EE，也会在2023年1月份开始启动按照劳动力市场情况，针对部分职业优先邀请的办法。看来这是加拿大未来几年的移民方面的政治正确，现阶段，各省刚调整完系统，下周应该将会迎来一些邀请，我们先让子弹飞会儿，拭目以待！
